What this site collects

This is my personal site, so it collects very little. If you only read it, I don't know who you are.

Comments

To comment on a post, or to reply or like, you sign in with Google. Google then gives me your name, your email address and an account ID. I don't get your password, your contacts or anything else in your Google account.

• Your name appears publicly beside your comment.
• Your email stays private. Only I can see it, and I use it only to contact you about a comment if I need to. I won't add you to any mailing list.
• Your comment appears publicly as soon as you post it.
• Your likes are saved with your account. Readers see how many likes a comment has, not who gave them.

These details are stored in a database hosted by Neon, and the site runs on Vercel. A cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out removes it. I keep your details until you ask me to remove them.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't tell me who you are.

The chatbot

The chat in the corner runs on a separate service, and your messages are sent there to be answered. Its own privacy link is at the bottom of the chat window.

Removing your data

To have your comments and details deleted, email me at khanhuzaifa207@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and I'll remove them.
